2004-12-15 Language update

Long time no hear. Sorry but I couldn't spend much time for SiDiary in the last few weeks and I also catched a flue. But now there's at least a language update: Spanish is now completed to V4.0 and also Catalan is released, also Russian has good progress. I will upload a minor update in a few days, let's say 'ServicePack1' with some corrections.
